Our smallest meeting space, the Orwell Room, works brilliantly for those crucial one-on-one conversations or when three minds need to come together. We've furnished it with a round white table and three red chairs that catch the eye, creating an atmosphere that's both professional and energising. Natural light pours through the large arched window, keeping the room bright throughout the day. We've added thought-provoking quotes to the walls, which often spark interesting discussions before meetings even begin. A small potted plant sits on the windowsill, while the wall clock helps keep everyone on track. The room's compact size actually works in its favour. Many of our regular users tell us they prefer it for interviews and confidential discussions precisely because it feels more personal than our larger spaces. The round table arrangement means everyone sits as equals, which changes the dynamic compared to traditional boardroom setups. You'll find the Orwell Room on one of our upper floors at 72 Paris Street, away from the busier communal areas. This positioning gives you privacy while still keeping you connected to the building's energy. The 4K projector and full AV setup mean you can share presentations seamlessly, even in this intimate setting. Being directly across from St Sidwell's Point Leisure Centre puts you within easy reach of cafes and lunch spots. Many users grab coffee from Princesshay shopping centre just down the road before settling in for their sessions. Our keyless entry system means you can book the room for early morning strategy sessions or evening catch-ups, whatever suits your schedule.
