This 16-person space combines the main meeting area with its own pantry and breakout zone, giving you flexibility that standard boardrooms simply don't offer. We've positioned the polished wooden table to seat 12 comfortably in boardroom style, with ergonomic chairs that keep everyone focused even during those marathon planning sessions. The adjacent breakout area means you can split into smaller working groups without losing momentum, while others continue video calls on the Neat Board. Our 65" Neat Board handles everything from international video conferences to interactive brainstorming. Teams annotate directly on screen, share content wirelessly, and connect with colleagues anywhere in the world through the integrated 4K display. We've soundproofed the entire space and added privacy screening, so sensitive discussions remain confidential. The self-catering kitchenette sits just off the main room, fully equipped for quick coffee breaks or working lunches. This setup works particularly well for all-day workshops and training sessions, where people need to refuel without interrupting the flow. The dining space adjoining the kitchenette means you can cater lunch meetings comfortably. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're on Riverside Drive with 146 parking spaces, including electric charging points. Public transport stops nearby make it convenient for everyone attending. Between sessions, your team can grab fresh smoothies from our juice bar downstairs or use the fitness suite if they need to clear their heads.
