Our Club Room sits on the first floor with windows running the entire length of the space, filling it with daylight and overlooking the front pitches where Richmond Rugby and London Scottish train. We've designed this room to work equally well for board meetings, training days, and private celebrations, with wooden flooring that adds warmth and neutral décor that adapts to whatever you have in mind. The dedicated bar stretches across one end of the room, proving particularly useful during networking breaks or evening receptions. We can arrange the space to seat 30 around a boardroom table, 100 for theatre-style presentations, or accommodate up to 200 guests for standing receptions. Many companies book the room for their AGMs and seminars, taking advantage of our 85-inch flatscreen TV and full AV setup with wireless microphones. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Richmond Station just a five-minute walk away offering direct trains to Waterloo in 15 minutes, plus connections to Clapham Junction and Reading. We have parking on site for those driving, and the building has full wheelchair access throughout. Corporate clients often tell us they appreciate the change of scenery from standard office meeting rooms, while the view across the pitches provides a talking point during coffee breaks.
