The Wharf Suite brings together everything you need for productive meetings in Manchester's canal-side Castlefield district. This ground floor space fills with natural daylight through generous windows, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside. We've designed this room to work however you need it. Gather 14 colleagues around our elegant wooden boardroom table for strategy sessions, arrange classroom seating for 10 during training workshops, or configure theatre-style rows to accommodate 30 attendees for presentations. The U-shaped layout works particularly well for interactive sessions with up to 16 participants. Our team sets out fresh notepads, water bottles and glasses before each meeting, so you can focus on what matters. The neutral décor and uncluttered design help maintain concentration during long working sessions. Whether you're running employee training, hosting client meetings, or bringing your team together for planning days, the professional yet relaxed atmosphere keeps everyone engaged. We regularly welcome small conferences here too, with delegates appreciating the comfortable seating and clear sightlines from every position. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Castlefield/Deansgate tram stop and Deansgate train station put you within easy reach of the whole city. Our on-site parking removes the usual Manchester parking headaches, something our regular bookers particularly value. The Museum of Science & Industry sits just next door, while the Opera House is a short walk away if you fancy extending your visit. Previous guests consistently praise our reception team's attention to detail in room setup. We're one of the few venues open seven days a week, including Sundays when many Manchester meeting spaces close their doors.
