When you book the Entire Venue, you gain exclusive access to all three of our carefully designed spaces, creating endless possibilities for your event across 329 standing capacity or 200 seated guests. Our main hall impresses with its wall of concertina glass doors that completely transform the room when opened onto our private courtyard, bringing the outside in and doubling your entertaining space during warmer months. The flexibility here is what our clients appreciate most. We can configure the spaces for boardroom meetings (124), classroom training (186), theatre presentations (200), cabaret dining (124), or U-shaped discussions (124). Our raised stage platform in the main hall works equally well for keynote speakers, product launches, or award ceremonies, while the professional theatre lighting system creates the right atmosphere for any occasion. Our second space connects directly to a semi-professional kitchen through a serving hatch, making catering remarkably straightforward whether you're serving working lunches or celebration dinners. The third room, with its self-contained kitchenette and access to our mini-planted courtyard, provides an ideal breakout area or can function as a completely separate meeting space for 79 guests. Throughout the venue, we've installed modern AV equipment including projectors, PA systems, and speakers in each room. The high linear windows flood our spaces with natural light, though we also have full blackout capabilities when presentations require it. External caterers work comfortably in our facilities, and you're welcome to bring your own refreshments. Practically speaking, we're just five minutes' walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill station with 22 secure parking spaces including an electric charging point. All areas have disabled access with modern facilities throughout. Our venue regularly hosts company AGMs, training days, product launches, award ceremonies, and team building events, with furniture arrangements adapted specifically for each booking's requirements.
