The red walls of our Library immediately set this room apart from typical meeting spaces, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves creating an atmosphere where strategic thinking comes naturally. We've arranged the room in a U-shape configuration for 19 people, positioning everyone around a substantial wooden table where laptops, documents and coffee cups all find their place without crowding. Natural light pours through the tall windows, complemented by green curtains that frame views across our Berkshire grounds. The presentation screen sits at the perfect height, and we've made sure the seating actually supports you through those intensive planning sessions. The historic fireplace anchors the room, though it's the quality of discussions that truly warms the space. Through what appears to be just another bookshelf, a concealed door opens into the Georgian Room. This adjoining space transforms how you can use both rooms, whether for catering during longer meetings or as a separate breakout area for smaller group work. The Georgian Room holds up to 25 people when used independently, giving you flexibility in how you structure your day. Our venue sits just 10 minutes from Heathrow and directly off the M4, making arrival straightforward for teams coming from different locations. With parking for over 250 cars included, there's no need for anyone to circle looking for spaces. During breaks, the 55 acres of grounds offer proper breathing space, including our hedge maze that tends to spark unexpected conversations. The combination of these two interconnected rooms, the scholarly atmosphere of the Library and the versatility of the Georgian Room, creates possibilities beyond standard meeting formats.
