Our Syndicate Room 1 sits on the ground floor with windows that catch the morning sun beautifully, brightening up even the earliest board meetings. We've furnished this compact space with a solid wooden table and ergonomic chairs that keep everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. Eight people fit perfectly around the table in boardroom style, though we can squeeze in ten for more informal stand-up meetings or presentations. The flatscreen TV mounted on the wall connects easily to laptops, and we keep a flipchart ready in the corner for those moments when ideas need to flow freely onto paper. Our guests often comment on how the natural light helps them stay alert and engaged throughout the day. Just outside the door, you'll find our Conference Breakout Area where coffee, tea and refreshments are available throughout your booking. Many groups use this space for those impromptu conversations that happen between agenda items, or simply to stretch their legs during comfort breaks. The ground floor location means no one gets lost trying to find the room, and accessibility is never an issue.
