Our Britannia room combines the grandeur of traditional architecture with everything you need for productive meetings. The first thing that catches your eye is the impressive vaulted wooden ceiling, where exposed beams create an architectural focal point that sets this space apart from typical conference rooms. A central chandelier provides warm lighting that complements the natural daylight streaming through the large windows. The rich wooden paneling runs along the walls, creating a professional atmosphere that works equally well for board meetings or training sessions. We've chosen deep red and gold carpeting that not only adds warmth to the space but also helps with acoustics during presentations. The room adapts effortlessly to your needs, whether you're planning a boardroom discussion for 40, a classroom setup for 100 delegates, or a theatre-style presentation for up to 150 attendees. For larger gatherings, we can arrange the space as a reception area accommodating 250 guests, or set up banquet seating for 180. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive workshops with up to 50 participants. We've installed a projector and screen as standard equipment, positioned for optimal viewing from every seat. The combination of natural and artificial lighting means you can adjust the ambiance throughout the day. During morning sessions, sunlight fills the room, while the chandelier and additional lighting create the right atmosphere for afternoon and evening meetings.
