We've designed this space to flex around your needs, whether you're gathering 20 colleagues around the boardroom table or hosting 60 guests for drinks and networking. The canal-side setting does something special to meetings. Natural light pours through those windows all day, keeping energy levels up without the harsh glare of overhead fluorescents. We can arrange the room however works best – classroom rows for 18, theatre-style for 40, or clear the space entirely for standing receptions. The contemporary carpet and lighting create warmth without distraction, letting your content take center stage. Our AV setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences. The projector links seamlessly with laptops, the PA system ensures everyone hears clearly, and Wi-Fi runs strong throughout. When it's time for breaks, the spacious area just outside opens directly onto our terrace. Your attendees can step out for fresh air between sessions or take their coffee by the water. We handle catering in-house, from working lunches to three-course dinners for 40. The banquet setup works particularly well here – round tables for eight create natural conversation groups while maintaining clear sightlines to the presentation area. For more informal gatherings, the cabaret arrangement seats 32 with space for mingling. Being steps from Piccadilly Station means attendees arrive easily, whether coming from across Manchester or further afield. The suite works equally well for training days, strategy sessions, team workshops, or private dining events. Our events team coordinates every detail, from room layout to dietary requirements, ensuring your day runs exactly as planned.
