The Balmoral Suite combines Georgian grandeur with everything you need for productive meetings. Our ground floor location means easy access for all delegates, while those large windows flood the space with natural light and offer views across to Leith Docks, a refreshing change from windowless conference rooms. We've preserved the original architectural details that make this space special. High ceilings with intricate moldings and a statement chandelier create an atmosphere that feels both professional and inspiring. The neutral tones and plush carpeting provide comfort during long sessions, while maintaining the formal setting many of our corporate clients prefer. Flexibility drives how we've designed this suite. For large conferences and presentations, we configure theatre-style seating for up to 100 delegates. Board meetings work beautifully with our 40-person boardroom setup around our substantial tables. Training sessions often use our classroom layout for 50, while the U-shaped arrangement for 35 encourages discussion and interaction. We also offer cabaret style for 60 when you need both presentation space and small group work areas. Our venue sits at the edge of Edinburgh's New Town, making arrival straightforward. Edinburgh Waverley station is a short walk away, particularly convenient for delegates traveling from Glasgow, Aberdeen or London.
