We've designed this room to work exactly how you need it. Whether you're gathering 16 colleagues around the boardroom table for strategic planning, setting up classroom-style for 18 participants during training workshops, or arranging theatre seating for presentations to 25 attendees, the furniture moves easily to match your requirements. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive sessions with up to 14 people, while our banquet setup accommodates 16 for working lunches or evening receptions. A large flat-screen TV anchors one wall, ready for your presentations, while flip charts stand by for brainstorming sessions. The patterned carpet adds visual interest without distraction, and though we don't have windows in this particular space, the thoughtful lighting keeps energy levels high throughout the day. For virtual meetings, you'll need to bring your own video conferencing equipment, but our reliable WiFi ensures smooth connections. Being just two miles from Birmingham Airport makes last-minute arrivals stress-free, and our complimentary shuttle to Birmingham International Train Station runs regularly throughout the day. Many guests grab coffee from our 24/7 Starbucks in the Open Lobby during breaks, and those staying overnight often unwind in our leisure centre's pool and steam room after intensive workshop days.
