The Malplaquet Room combines the grandeur of our historic palace with everything you need for productive corporate gatherings. Through the large arched windows, your team will enjoy uninterrupted views across the Italian Garden while natural light fills this thoughtfully appointed space throughout the day. We've arranged comfortable upholstered chairs around our central boardroom table, which seats 12 colleagues comfortably, or we can reconfigure to a U-shape arrangement for 10 participants when you need more interactive discussions. The soft beige walls display carefully selected artwork that reflects the heritage of our venue, while the warm wooden floors create an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming. For presentations and remote participants, we've equipped the room with a projector, flatscreen TV, and PA system, plus reliable Wi-Fi and conference call facilities. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during longer sessions, and we provide notepads and water as standard. When you need refreshments or working lunches, our in-house catering team delivers directly to the room, with options ranging from morning pastries to full meal service.
