Our largest meeting space welcomes up to 20 people around its impressive boardroom table, where daylight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the working day. We've positioned the 80" LED screen at the perfect angle for everyone to see clearly, whether you're presenting quarterly figures or brainstorming with remote colleagues through our video conferencing setup. The room takes its name from our building's past life as a bonded warehouse, and we've kept that sense of purpose in its design. Warm wooden accents complement the neutral tones, while the comfortable seating means your team stays focused even during those longer strategy sessions. We've installed Airtame for wireless screen sharing, so you can connect your devices without hunting for cables, and our high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple connections without breaking a sweat. When concentration needs a boost, there's a fridge stocked with chilled water, and our colleagues at Cargo Café can arrange anything from morning pastries to working lunches, delivered right to your door. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during summer workshops. The Bonded Room sits within our South Bank location, where creativity flows as freely as the Thames outside. The meeting went fine.
The room itself was perfect and I liked the coffee area just outside so I would use the venue again. The only slight negative comment was firstly the building works outside which didn't make it easy to find the entrance (not your fault of course)

Terrible service. Used twice in last 2 weeks. Staff are grumpy. Acoustics are terrible (could hear lots of outside noise from inside our meeting room). Won't be using again
