We've arranged comfortable gray upholstered chairs around the table to accommodate 18 colleagues in boardroom style, or we can reconfigure for 16 in a U-shape layout when you need everyone facing forward for presentations. The pull-down screen works seamlessly with your laptop for presentations, and we've kept the décor deliberately understated, soft gray walls and neutral carpeting that won't distract from your agenda. Natural daylight fills the room throughout the day, though we have adjustable lighting when you need to dim for screen viewing. The space feels both professional and welcoming, striking that balance between formality and comfort that puts participants at ease. Our venue sits just off the M4, making it straightforward for your attendees to find us, with plenty of parking spaces available when they arrive. Swindon town center is only minutes away for those coming by train.
