The Oriel Suite combines practical design with the flexibility our corporate clients need most. At 14.5 meters by 11.8 meters, this ground floor space adapts effortlessly from intimate board meetings to larger presentations, accommodating anywhere from 16 delegates in cabaret style to 150 in theatre configuration. Natural light fills the room during daytime sessions, though we can activate the blackout facilities whenever presentations demand it. The built-in PA system and microphone work seamlessly with our LCD projector and screen, while individually controlled air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of group size or season. High-speed Wi-Fi comes standard, connecting your team without interruption. The private lobby area directly adjacent proves invaluable during longer sessions. Your delegates can stretch their legs here during breaks, helping themselves to fresh coffee, tea, fruit and biscuits while continuing informal discussions. The contemporary seating in this breakout space offers a change of scene without leaving the suite. We regularly transform the Oriel Suite to match specific requirements, whether that means U-shaped seating for 35 during training workshops, classroom style for the same number during seminars, or banquet rounds for 32 at working dinners. The 2.5-meter ceiling height creates an open feel even when we're at full capacity. Ground floor access makes arrival straightforward for all attendees, particularly those bringing presentation materials or display equipment. Teams traveling from across the South and Midlands find us easily, just minutes from Oxford's historic center with direct motorway connections. On-site parking starts free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours, while the Pear Tree Park & Ride sits just a ten-minute walk away for all-day parking at £4.
