The Board Room offers a focused environment where productive discussions unfold naturally around our large movable table. We've designed this space specifically for those moments when your team needs to come together, whether that's for crucial board meetings, strategic planning sessions, or important interviews. Up to 14 people can gather comfortably in boardroom configuration, with everyone able to see and hear each other clearly. The plush carpeted flooring helps absorb sound, creating better acoustics for conversation, while natural light streams through to keep everyone alert and engaged. When Glasgow's weather demands it, our built-in air conditioning maintains the perfect temperature for concentration. We know that great ideas often need visual expression. That's why we've installed a full-length wall-mounted whiteboard running along one side of the room, ready for your brainstorming sessions and strategic mapping. For presentations, you'll find both a flatscreen TV and projector at your disposal, ensuring compatibility with whatever format your team prefers. A flipchart provides another option for capturing thoughts during dynamic discussions. Our venue sits right in Merchant City, just steps from Argyle Street Station, making it simple for team members to reach us by train or bus. There's paid parking nearby for those who drive. We've ensured full wheelchair accessibility throughout, with lifts serving all floors and accessible facilities. A hearing loop can be arranged on request, and reliable Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.
