Our Cherwell Suite offers a refreshing change from cramped boardrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring Oxford's natural light into your working day. Teal upholstered chairs add a splash of colour against the neutral walls, creating an atmosphere that feels professional yet relaxed. We've designed this first-floor space to adapt to your needs. For board meetings, we arrange the room to seat 18 around our polished tables. Training sessions work brilliantly in classroom style for the same number, while more intimate strategy sessions suit our U-shape configuration. Theatre-style presentations accommodate up to 65 delegates when you need maximum capacity. The suite can also divide into two separate rooms, Thames and Windrush, perfect when breakout sessions are part of your agenda. Your presentations run smoothly with our LCD projectors and screens already in place, connected to high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone logs on simultaneously. We control the temperature with adjustable air conditioning, and blackout facilities mean afternoon presentations stay visible even on bright days. Flipcharts and stationery toolkits sit ready in the corner, because sometimes the best ideas still happen with pen and paper. Throughout your session, delegates can stretch their legs in our dedicated breakout areas, where we keep fresh coffee brewing alongside tea, fruit, and biscuits.
