The Chestnut Suite combines the warmth of a country house drawing room with everything you need for productive meetings. We've arranged the room to accommodate up to 30 guests, adapting easily between boardroom, theatre, banquet and cabaret configurations. The boardroom layout seats 20 around a polished table with modern chairs that actually support you through long sessions. For presentations, we've mounted a screen on the wall at the perfect height, so no one's craning their necks or squinting at slides. Natural light pours through those generous windows throughout the day, changing the mood as morning shifts to afternoon. When discussions get intense, people often pause to watch the gardens outside, finding fresh perspective in the view. The room maintains its professional focus while offering these moments of visual relief that keep energy levels steady. Our venue sits in the Surrey Hills, 30 minutes from London yet surrounded by woodland paths and formal gardens. The combination works particularly well for strategy sessions and workshops where teams need both concentration and breathing space. We handle the practical details through our in-house catering, preparing everything from working lunches to formal dinners, with halal and kosher options readily available. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, while reliable Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity. With 56 bedrooms across the property, multi-day meetings become residential retreats where conversations continue over dinner in our Oak Room Restaurant or evening drinks in the 1905 Bar.
