The Churchill Room brings together wartime history and contemporary meeting needs in one oak-panelled space. Named after Britain's wartime leader, this room carries echoes of its WWII heritage in every carefully preserved panel of wood that lines the walls. At 15.25 metres long and 6.1 metres wide, with impressive 4.88-metre high ceilings, the Churchill Room gives your meetings room to breathe. Natural light pours through the large windows, illuminating the rich oak panelling and creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming. We've configured this space to work for different group sizes: 70 colleagues for a standing reception, 60 in theatre rows for presentations, 40 for formal dinners, or 30 around the boardroom table for strategic discussions. Our venue sits in Mecklenburgh Square, one of Bloomsbury's peaceful garden squares, with Russell Square Station just minutes away on foot. King's Cross and Euston stations are equally close, making it simple for participants travelling from across London or arriving by train from further afield. We've equipped the Churchill Room with everything modern meetings require: reliable Wi-Fi throughout, projectors for presentations, and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. The alcohol licence means you can transition smoothly from afternoon workshops to evening networking with drinks, all without changing venues. Our Grade II listed building underwent careful refurbishment in 2014, ensuring the technology works seamlessly while the historical character remains intact.
