Our floor-to-ceiling windows frame Marine Lake from every angle in The Room, where 180-degree coastal views change with the tides and weather. Green foliage cascades from the ceiling between industrial-style exposed ductwork, creating an unexpected garden feel against the contemporary terrazzo columns and herringbone flooring. We've hosted everything from product launches for 400 standing guests to intimate board meetings for 48 around our conference table. The natural daylight transforms throughout the day - morning strategy sessions benefit from the eastern light across the water, while afternoon presentations take on a warmer glow as the sun moves west. Our theatre setup accommodates 350 delegates comfortably, with the PA system and projector handling presentations smoothly against that spectacular backdrop. The space adapts remarkably well to different configurations. Round tables dressed in crisp linens seat 260 for formal dinners, or we can arrange 156 guests cabaret-style when you need both dining and presentation space. The plush green chairs echo the hanging plants above, bringing the outside in even when winter storms lash the windows. During breaks, delegates often wander onto our private Roof Garden access, coffee in hand, watching the boats bob in the marina below. Our licensed bar serves throughout your event, and the pizza oven adds an informal touch when needed. We find the coastal views help maintain energy levels through long conference days - there's always something happening on the water to rest your eyes on between sessions. The ten-minute walk from Southport station follows the waterfront promenade, though many groups prefer to arrive together by coach, using our ample parking facilities. Our venue sits right on England's Golf Coast, making us particularly popular for corporate groups combining business with leisure. The marine setting and art deco architecture create distinctive backdrops for any professional gathering.
