We often arrange U-shaped configurations for 55 when clients want everyone to see each other clearly during strategic planning sessions. The LCD screen and projector come as standard, along with flipcharts and stationery. Our events team sets up the PA system and microphones based on your requirements, and the teleconferencing facilities connect remote participants seamlessly. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of season or delegate numbers, something particularly appreciated during summer conferences or intensive workshop sessions. Private entrance access means your delegates can arrive directly into the suite without navigating through other areas. The adjacent cloakroom handles coats and bags efficiently, keeping the main room uncluttered. Being 10 minutes from Leicester city centre with 150 free parking spaces makes logistics straightforward for delegates arriving by car. Those travelling by train find us convenient too, with Leicester Railway Station nearby. Our 80 bedrooms mean multi-day conferences run smoothly, with delegates staying on-site and using the 24-hour fitness centre between sessions.
