Our first-floor Picasso room brings together everything you need for productive IT training and collaborative meetings. With space for up to 30 delegates in theatre style, 20 in classroom setup, or 16 around the boardroom table, we've configured this bright space to adapt to your specific needs. The interactive whiteboard takes centre stage here, complemented by our click-share system that makes presenting effortless. We keep a resident PC ready in the room, though most trainers prefer connecting their own laptops using the convenient facilities we've installed. The high-speed fibre broadband handles multiple connections without breaking a sweat, whether you're running software demonstrations or hosting video conferences. Natural light floods through the large windows, keeping energy levels up during long training days. We've chosen comfortable black chairs that support proper posture through extended sessions, paired with light wooden tables that provide ample workspace for laptops and materials. The blue carpet adds warmth while helping with acoustics, and the neutral walls create a calm backdrop that won't distract from your content. Between sessions, delegates naturally gravitate towards the refreshment area where we keep tea and coffee brewing throughout the day. The room's position on the first floor means it's quiet enough for concentration yet convenient to our breakout spaces when you need to split into smaller groups. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Slough station just seven minutes on foot. Your London-based participants can reach Paddington in 17 minutes, while those driving will find our on-site parking and dedicated visitor spaces right in the centre.
