We've positioned the large wall-mounted screen where everyone can see it clearly, whether you're presenting quarterly results or running a training workshop. The projector works seamlessly with laptops and tablets, while our wireless microphones mean speakers can move freely around the room during interactive sessions. Natural light streams through the windows throughout the day, keeping everyone alert without the harsh glare of overhead fluorescents. When you need to split your group for breakout discussions, our room divider creates two separate spaces in moments. We find this works particularly well for strategy sessions where teams need quiet corners to develop ideas before regrouping. The room holds 60 people theatre-style when you need everyone facing forward for presentations. For more collaborative workshops, we arrange tables for 30 in cabaret style, giving each group space to work together. The boardroom layout seats 32 and creates the right atmosphere for board meetings or senior leadership discussions. We also set up U-shape configurations for 30 when you want everyone to see each other during discussions.
