Our Meston Suite combines Victorian grandeur with modern functionality in a space that regularly hosts everything from board meetings to private dinners. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Whitehall's impressive architecture, while natural light streams across the white walls throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that keeps delegates engaged during long sessions. The suite's original features tell their own story, from the intricate ceiling moldings to the grand chandeliers that cast warm light across the rich blue and gold furnishings. A striking period fireplace anchors one end of the room, providing a natural focal point that works equally well as a backdrop for presentations or informal networking. The high ceilings give the space an airy quality that prevents it from feeling cramped, even when we configure it for our maximum theatre-style capacity of 70 attendees. We regularly reconfigure the Meston Suite to match your requirements. For boardroom meetings, we can accommodate 30 participants around our polished tables, while classroom setups work well for training sessions of up to 50 people. The room transforms beautifully for dining events, seating 72 guests for formal banquets or 50 in cabaret style when you need tables for working dinners. U-shaped configurations suit strategy sessions for up to 32 participants, and we can arrange cocktail receptions for 70 guests. Our technical setup includes a comprehensive audio-visual system and high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video conferences without interruption. The venue sits just minutes from Westminster and Embankment stations, with Trafalgar Square a five-minute walk away. Full wheelchair accessibility ensures all your attendees can participate comfortably.
