This particular room accommodates up to 40 people in theatre style, though we find the cabaret layout for 24 works wonderfully for workshops where groups need table space for laptops and materials. The boardroom setup seats 21 comfortably around our conference table, while classroom style gives 24 delegates proper writing space. We often use the U-shape configuration for 23 when clients want everyone facing each other for discussions.
