When you walk into our Function Room, the first thing you'll notice is how the natural light fills the space through our large windows, creating an atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged throughout your meeting. We've designed this room to work hard for you, whether you're running a training session for 50 people classroom-style or hosting a conference for 80 delegates in theatre seating. The room comes alive with our built-in PA system and two LCD projectors positioned so everyone gets a clear view, no matter where they're sitting. We've installed a proper staging area with a speaker's podium, which our corporate clients particularly appreciate for their AGMs and keynote presentations. The adjustable lighting lets you set exactly the right mood, from bright and energetic for workshops to more subdued for video presentations. We know flexibility matters when planning meetings, so we've made sure you can configure the space to suit your needs. Round tables for six work brilliantly for team workshops where collaboration is key, while our boardroom setup around the conference tables creates the right environment for strategic discussions with up to 30 participants. For larger seminars, the theatre layout maximises capacity whilst maintaining comfort. Practical details make all the difference. Our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable even during intense all-day sessions, and we've got flip charts ready for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The integrated hearing loop system means everyone can participate fully, and being on the ground floor with step-free access removes any accessibility concerns. Your delegates will find us easily in Leeds city centre, just a 15-minute walk from the train station. Our Event Manager will be here to support you, handling the technical setup and catering arrangements so you can concentrate on delivering your content and connecting with your audience.
