The white conference table runs the full length of The Quadrant Meeting Room, with twelve ergonomic black chairs positioned to give everyone a clear view of the wall-mounted plasma screen. We've kept the design simple and focused, using a neutral palette that helps teams concentrate on what matters. The contemporary overhead lighting creates an even, comfortable brightness throughout the space, and our air conditioning maintains the perfect temperature whatever the weather outside. Our ground floor location makes access straightforward, with no lifts or stairs to navigate. The plasma screen connects easily through Bluetooth or HDMI for presentations, and our high-speed WiFi means remote participants can join without connection issues. We've added plants to soften the professional atmosphere, creating a space that feels productive without being sterile. Finding us requires a bit of guidance, as taxi drivers often confuse our building with the other Regus site at Aztec West. We're in building 2530, not 2440, and The Quadrant is actually the name of both our meeting room and an area of the business park. Worth clarifying with your driver to avoid delays. Once here, our staffed reception team will direct your attendees straight to the room. The M4/M5 interchange sits right next door, making motorway access simple, and we provide free parking on-site. Bristol Parkway station is 2.5 miles away for those arriving by train. Between sessions, your team can use our kitchen facilities for coffee breaks, and the breakout spaces work well for smaller group discussions.
