Natural daylight fills the space throughout the day, though we can adjust the atmosphere with air conditioning to maintain the perfect temperature for focused work. Our dedicated event host takes care of the details, from ensuring your presentation technology works flawlessly to arranging refreshments exactly when you need them. We provide all the essentials, pens, pads, and yes, sweets for that mid-afternoon energy boost, plus complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi that actually delivers on speed. Tea and coffee service runs throughout your booking, with lunch options available when your meeting extends through the day. The room adapts to different setups depending on your needs. We can arrange seating for 15 in boardroom style, expand to 25 for theatre presentations, or create a more social atmosphere with cabaret rounds for 16. For training sessions, the classroom layout accommodates 12 comfortably, while U-shaped configurations work well for 14 participants in collaborative workshops.
