Meeting Room 3 is your quiet corner for focused discussions and productive sessions right in the centre of Liverpool. We've designed this space to work perfectly for groups of up to 12 people, with the flexibility to arrange seating however suits your meeting best. Step inside and you'll find everything set up for immediate productivity. The projector and screen are positioned at the front of the room, ready for your presentations, while our central table provides plenty of workspace for documents and laptops. We've chosen comfortable chairs that keep everyone engaged even during longer sessions, and the air conditioning keeps the temperature just right throughout your meeting. The room works brilliantly in different configurations depending on what you need. For formal board meetings, we can seat 8 around the table. Need a classroom setup for training? That's 8 delegates with writing space. Theatre style fits 12 for presentations, while U-shaped arrangements work well for 10 participants when you want everyone facing each other for discussions. We can even arrange the space for small receptions hosting up to 16 guests. Our venue sits on London Road, making it incredibly convenient for your attendees. Lime Street Station is just a short walk away, so colleagues traveling from Manchester, Chester or further afield can reach us easily. The high-speed Wi-Fi connects seamlessly throughout the building, and our ground floor coffee shop opens from 7:30 AM if you need to prep over an Illy coffee before your meeting starts. Our events team handles all the technical setup before you arrive, ensuring the projector, screen and any other equipment you've requested is ready to go.
