Our Meeting Room works particularly well for those focused sessions where eight minds need to come together around our round wooden table. The blue chairs have been chosen for comfort during those longer discussions, and we've added sound-dampening panels to keep conversations private and acoustics clear. Plants dot the corners, bringing life to the neutral-toned space, while our wall-mounted TV makes sharing presentations straightforward. The adjustable LED lighting lets you set the right mood, whether you're running through morning briefings or afternoon strategy sessions. The carpeted floor helps absorb sound, creating that quiet atmosphere teams often need when working through complex problems. You'll find us in our Grade II listed building, just four minutes' walk from Imperial Wharf Station. The historic character of our building provides an interesting backdrop to the contemporary functionality of this particular room. We've kept things simple and practical, focusing on what matters most for productive meetings. The space suits board meetings, team briefings, client presentations, and training sessions. With free Wi-Fi throughout the building, you'll stay connected, and our flexible setup means we can arrange the room to match your needs. Tables and chairs come as standard, and we have projectors and whiteboards available when required. Our doors open seven days a week, and street parking becomes free after 4:30pm on weekdays and all weekend. We charge £25 per hour for charities, £30 for corporates and individuals, with a £100 refundable deposit to secure your booking. Our team has been welcoming groups to this building since 1924, so we understand what makes meetings work.
