The Park Place Event Space transforms from morning boardroom to evening reception venue with just a quick furniture shuffle. We've kept the exposed brick walls and added warm lighting that actually makes people look good on video calls, something our regular clients particularly appreciate for their hybrid meetings. Our tech setup includes a 75" TV and drop-down projector, both positioned so nobody's craning their neck from the back row. The space holds up to 50 people for standing receptions, or we can configure it for 40 in theatre style, 18 around our boardroom table, or 30 in cabaret rounds when you need those workshop discussions to flow. The U-shaped layout works brilliantly for training sessions with 14 participants. What sets this room apart is the private bar area, complete with proper coffee machine and tea selection. During longer sessions, people tend to gravitate there during breaks, and we've noticed it sparks the kind of conversations that don't happen around a water cooler. The private courtyard access means summer meetings often spill outside, particularly when teams are deep in brainstorming mode. Being three minutes from Leeds station helps with those tight schedules, and our 24/7 access means early morning setups or late evening wrap-ups aren't a problem. Natural light streams in throughout the day, though the blinds give you full control when presentations need that cinema darkness. Our flexible catering covers everything from working lunches to cocktail receptions, whether you prefer our in-house options or want to bring in your favourite local supplier. The private meeting room adjoining the main space works perfectly for those confidential sidebar conversations or when speakers need somewhere quiet to prepare.
