The spiral staircase takes you down to our private dining level where the Loire Room awaits, a refined space that works equally well for morning strategy sessions and afternoon workshops. We've arranged this room to seat 23 people boardroom-style around our long table, though we can reconfigure it for 40 guests when you prefer banquet seating or accommodate 60 for standing receptions. The soft lighting creates just the right atmosphere for focused work, compensating for the underground location with a warm, energising glow. We've installed a projector and screen at one end, positioned so everyone has clear sightlines during presentations. The flipcharts tucked into the corner come in handy for brainstorming sessions, while our PA system ensures your speakers reach every corner of the room without straining their voices. Our venue sits on Ludgate Hill, practically in the shadow of St. Paul's Cathedral. Your attendees can reach us easily from St. Paul's Station, just a few minutes' walk away, or from City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations nearby. The central location means lunch meetings fit naturally into busy schedules. The room's neutral palette provides a calm backdrop for concentration, while the French brasserie heritage adds character without distraction. We handle all catering internally, adapting our menu to accommodate dietary requirements your group might have. Coffee and pastries for breakfast meetings, working lunches with our French classics, or afternoon tea service, we prepare everything fresh in our kitchen upstairs. For larger gatherings, we can open the connecting walls to combine the Loire Room with our other spaces, expanding capacity to 120 people. The free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout your session, and our wheelchair-accessible entrance ensures all your participants can join comfortably. The cabaret setup for 25 works particularly well for training sessions where groups need table space for materials while maintaining good visibility of the presenter.
