We've integrated a professional video call camera system, knowing how essential hybrid meetings have become. The wood panelling creates warmth while maintaining the professional atmosphere your board meetings require. Just outside, we've arranged a private seating area where conversations can continue over coffee or where early arrivals can prepare before entering the boardroom. This break-out space proves particularly useful when negotiations need a change of scene or when smaller groups need to confer privately. The room's position within our venue offers easy access from our main reception, while remaining sufficiently removed from the hotel's social spaces to ensure complete privacy.
