The oval boardroom table at the centre of our Caravelle Suite creates the perfect setting for focused discussions among up to 20 executives. We've positioned comfortable modern chairs around this substantial table, giving everyone clear sightlines for presentations on the flat-screen LCD TV or projector screen mounted on the wall. Ground floor access makes the Caravelle Suite particularly convenient for quick meetings between flights. International teams appreciate being able to walk straight from the Heathrow Pods (just five minutes from Terminal 5) into productive sessions without navigating multiple floors. The room handles various configurations beyond boardroom style, accommodating 30 for theatre-style presentations or transforming into classroom layout for 10 during intensive training workshops.
