The Balmoral Suite transforms effortlessly from an intimate boardroom to a grand conference space for up to 300 delegates. This 368-square-metre room catches the morning sun through its generous windows, filling the pillar-free space with natural light that makes long meeting days feel less taxing. We've designed this suite with flexibility in mind. The soundproof walls divide the space into three distinct sections, Balmoral 1, 2, and 3, each with its own entrance. This means you can run parallel workshops, set up a quiet breakout area, or keep your main presentation flowing while refreshments are arranged next door. Balmoral 3 opens directly onto our private garden, where delegates often spill out during coffee breaks when the weather's nice. Our built-in audiovisual setup includes high-definition projectors and screens in each section, saving you the hassle of external equipment hire. The mood lighting adjusts from bright and focused for presentations to softer tones for evening receptions. There's a bar built right into the suite, and the private foyer gives your guests a dedicated arrival space away from the main hotel traffic. Whether you're planning rows of seats for 230 delegates, classroom-style tables for 96, or round banquet tables for 180, our team configures the space to match your needs. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during those intensive summer workshops.
