The Stage brings BBC heritage right to your meeting table. Six rust-coloured chairs surround our solid wooden boardroom table, where countless creative conversations have unfolded since we transformed this former broadcasting space. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light all day, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps your team focused and engaged. We've designed this space to feel more like a creative studio than a traditional boardroom. The textured wall in warm, natural tones provides an interesting backdrop for video calls, while our wall-mounted screen and soundbar handle presentations smoothly. A coffee machine sits ready on the side console, because we know great ideas often start with great coffee. Plants dot the corners and our carefully chosen lighting adds warmth without glare, making those longer strategy sessions feel less taxing. The boardroom setup works perfectly for groups of five or six, giving everyone clear sightlines and enough table space to spread out notebooks and laptops comfortably. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street stations both within easy walking distance. Your team can grab morning coffees from the independent cafés nearby before settling in for the day. Microphone / speaker issue. Zoom call we could see the others on the screen and they could see us, but they couldn’t hear us speaking.
