Our two meeting rooms at the business centre offer distinctly different atmospheres for your professional gatherings, each designed with specific work styles in mind. The White Meeting Room accommodates six people around a sleek white table, paired with comfortable leather chairs that make those lengthy strategy sessions more bearable. Natural light pours through the large windows, which we've found helps keep everyone alert during afternoon meetings without relying solely on the overhead lighting. Meeting Room 3 creates a more intimate setting with its round wooden table and four high-backed chairs, encouraging the kind of face-to-face discussion that rectangular tables sometimes hinder. We've mounted a screen on the wall for presentations, and the sound bar below it connects seamlessly for video calls with remote colleagues. The word "CREATIVITY" adorns one wall, a reminder we added after noticing how many of our clients use this space for brainstorming sessions and creative pitches. Both rooms feature individual air conditioning controls, because we learned early on that temperature preferences vary wildly between different groups. The high-speed internet handles multiple devices without the frustrating lag that disrupts video conferences, and our audio-visual setup means you won't waste the first fifteen minutes of your meeting trying to connect laptops to screens.
