This boardroom seats 10 comfortably around a generous table that encourages proper discussion rather than cramped note-taking. The Japanese-influenced design that defines our venue really shines here, with clean architectural lines and a restrained colour palette that helps clear thinking. Natural light pours in throughout the day, though adjustable lighting lets you set the right mood for any type of session, from early morning strategy meetings to late afternoon presentations. The exposed industrial ceiling adds height and breathing room, preventing that boxed-in feeling common to many station meeting spaces. We've equipped the room with a large presentation screen mounted at the perfect height for visibility from every seat, plus a conference phone system that actually picks up voices clearly from around the table. The chairs were chosen specifically for longer sessions, with proper back support that matters when discussions run over. What makes this particular room work so well is its balance of accessibility and privacy. You're literally inside Waterloo Station, making those tight connections between meetings entirely feasible, yet once the door closes, the bustle outside fades away. The proximity to Lower Marsh Market means working lunches can feature everything from Vietnamese bánh mì to traditional British fare, just a three-minute walk away. Our reception team ensures the room is properly prepared before each booking, with water glasses set out and technology tested.
