We've positioned the rows to face our wall-mounted projection screen, ensuring everyone has clear sightlines for presentations, while the ceiling-mounted projector delivers crisp visuals throughout the space. Natural light floods through the large windows, keeping your team alert and engaged during those longer sessions. We know how important flexibility is, so we can quickly reconfigure the space from theatre-style seating to classroom layout for 20, boardroom setup for 24, or U-shaped arrangement for 16 participants. Each configuration maintains the room's open, collaborative feel while adapting to your specific meeting dynamics. Our tech setup includes high-speed Wi-Fi and wired internet connections, plus glass whiteboards and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. The in-room facilities mean you can move seamlessly between digital presentations and hands-on workshop activities without missing a beat.
