The English Studio floods with morning light through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Cannon Hill Park and the River Rea below. From the second floor of our venue, you'll watch seasons change across the parkland while your meetings unfold in this adaptable space. We've designed this studio with movement in mind, installing a custom dance floor that's equally suited to creative workshops and corporate training sessions. The room comfortably hosts 100 delegates in theatre style, though many prefer our boardroom setup for 30 when deeper discussion matters. For networking events and receptions, we can accommodate 85 guests who often gravitate towards those panoramic park views. Our technical setup includes integrated audio equipment and TV/projector facilities that support everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences. The air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during summer workshops when the afternoon sun streams through those generous windows. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Birmingham's transport network connecting directly to our Cannon Hill Park location. The lift takes you straight to the second floor, where the English Studio sits alongside our other creative spaces. Full wheelchair accessibility runs throughout, from the main entrance to the studio itself, including our accessible facilities on every floor. The park setting brings something special to business gatherings. During breaks, your delegates might spot herons fishing in the River Rea or take a quick walk under the trees to clear their heads. Inside, the creative energy of our arts centre provides an inspiring backdrop, with artists and performers adding life to the building throughout the day.
