The Lower Hall offers a bright, welcoming space that works brilliantly for conferences, seminars and corporate presentations. With capacity for 280 guests in theatre style, this versatile room strikes the perfect balance between intimacy and scale, making it particularly popular for training days and company meetings. Natural light streams through windows on both sides, keeping the atmosphere fresh throughout day-long sessions. We've arranged the seating in comfortable blue and gold chairs that our regular clients tell us make all the difference during extended presentations. The fixed raised stage at the front gives speakers proper visibility, while our built-in projector and screen mean your AV setup is sorted from the moment you arrive. Our venue sits in a Grade II listed building right in Westminster's business district. Your attendees will appreciate the easy journey here, with both St James's Park and Westminster stations just a short walk away. The marble foyer and vaulted ceilings create an impressive arrival experience that sets a professional tone before your event even begins. We've designed the Lower Hall with flexibility in mind. Beyond the standard theatre layout, we can arrange classroom style for 90 participants when you need writing space, or cabaret style for the same number when group work is on the agenda. For networking events and receptions, the space comfortably holds 200 guests. Our events team knows exactly how to configure the room for different purposes and will help you choose the setup that best supports your objectives.
