Our Studio 12 brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one thoughtfully designed space. The room fits 12 people comfortably around the boardroom table, though we can rearrange for theatre-style presentations accommodating up to 20 attendees. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping everyone energised without the harsh glare of overhead fluorescents. The 70" LCD screen dominates one wall, its built-in speakers delivering crystal-clear audio for presentations. We've paired this with a Logitech MeetUp video conferencing system that captures everyone in the room, making remote participants feel genuinely included in discussions. The SMART kapp 42" whiteboard has become something of a favourite with our regular bookers. Teams find themselves naturally gravitating towards it during brainstorming sessions, and the ability to save and share their scribbles digitally saves countless hours of note-taking. The wooden floors and carefully chosen plants create a warmth that softens the professional atmosphere, while modern furniture keeps everyone comfortable during longer sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our Creative Quarter location offering excellent transport connections across Nottingham. Coffee and food arrive promptly when ordered, a detail previous guests have specifically appreciated. The surrounding creative businesses add an energy to the building that seems to spark better ideas and more engaging discussions.
