The Crow's Nest sits on the upper floor of our venue, where solid oak furniture meets marble finishings in a space designed for focused business meetings. This private suite accommodates your team away from the main museum activity, with natural light streaming through to create an atmosphere that keeps delegates alert and engaged throughout the day. We've configured this room countless times for different groups, from boardroom meetings for 25 executives to theatre-style presentations for up to 91 delegates. The flexibility extends to classroom layouts for 51 participants or cabaret style for 54, each arrangement supported by our built-in dropdown projector and PA system. Training sessions work particularly well here, with the dedicated catering area at the rear allowing for seamless refreshment breaks without disrupting the flow of your event. The room's elevated position offers a sense of separation that board members and senior teams particularly value. During coffee breaks, many groups venture downstairs to view the motorcycle collection, returning with renewed energy and plenty of conversation topics. The sleek black countertops in our catering area complement the modern appliances we've installed, making everything from morning coffee service to working lunches straightforward for your catering team. Access comes via our stairlift for those who need assistance, and once inside, the 200mbps Wi-Fi supports video conferencing and collaborative online work without interruption. Air conditioning maintains comfort year-round, particularly appreciated during summer strategy sessions or intensive training days. Birmingham International Airport and train station lie just minutes away, making this an practical choice for teams gathering from multiple locations. Free parking removes one more logistical concern, while our museum grounds provide space for informal discussions or team photos beside the ornamental fountain during breaks.
