Our spacious Quadrangle Suite transforms from an empty canvas into whatever your meeting needs it to be. The suite comfortably hosts up to 600 delegates in theatre configuration, though we often arrange it for 200 in classroom style when training sessions require desk space. The patterned carpet and soft wall lighting might catch your eye first, but it's the practical touches that make the difference: our large projection screen ensures everyone from front to back row sees your presentation clearly, while the thoughtfully designed layout keeps sight lines unobstructed throughout. When your event requires breakout sessions, we divide the space into three completely soundproofed sections. The Oxford, Blenheim, and Spires Suites each maintain their own distinct atmosphere, allowing multiple groups to work simultaneously without disruption. Many clients use this feature to run parallel workshops or separate their main conference from networking areas. The Concourse area adjacent to the suite provides natural overflow space for registration, exhibitions, or coffee breaks.
