The minimalist design, with its subtle patterned walls and comfortable black chairs, creates an environment where ideas flow without distraction. Our venue sits just off the M5, making it straightforward for participants travelling from Plymouth, Bristol or beyond. Being only 3 miles from Exeter Airport proves particularly convenient when hosting international clients or colleagues. The 80-acre business park setting means you're working in peaceful surroundings, with the landscaped grounds and lake visible from various points in the building. Board meetings, client presentations, team discussions and training sessions all work well in this space. The room's layout encourages engagement while maintaining the professional atmosphere your meetings require. Our on-site team handles room setup, so everything's ready when you arrive. You'll have access to kitchen facilities on each floor where proper coffee awaits between sessions. When weather permits, the outdoor seating by the lake offers an alternative setting for continuing discussions. Do arrive before 9am to secure parking, as spaces fill quickly with business park occupants.
