Meeting Room 4 turns the usual boardroom experience on its head with deep teal walls and a round wooden table that gets everyone talking face-to-face. We've designed this space for four people who need to hash out ideas, make decisions, or connect with remote colleagues without the formality of a traditional conference setup. The large windows pull in plenty of natural light while giving you a bird's-eye view of Marylebone Station's constant movement below. We've mounted a professional-grade screen on a sleek stand, paired with a quality sound bar that makes video calls feel like everyone's actually in the room. The pendant light overhead casts warm light across the wooden floors, creating an atmosphere that's both focused and relaxed. We know comfort matters during long sessions, so we've chosen plush chairs that support good posture without feeling stiff. The sideboard keeps water glasses within reach, and there's a coat rack for your belongings. The round table arrangement naturally encourages collaboration, whether you're brainstorming with colleagues, interviewing candidates, or presenting to clients. Our venue sits directly above Marylebone Station, just a minute's walk from the entrance. Direct trains to Oxford and Birmingham make it simple for out-of-town participants to join you. The neighbourhood serves up excellent lunch spots and coffee shops when you need to continue conversations outside the meeting room. Room fine, perfect for what we needed it for, however the option to have a place for confidential waste would be useful. Apparently the shredder was broken, but in a large place such as this there should be a better procedure to offer the removal and disposal of confide...

This is our go to meeting space in London, staff are always welcoming, easy to find, office well laid out and hooking up communications for hybrid meetings is very easy. Will continue to use!
