The Mal Three meeting room combines the architectural character of our restored 1900s building with everything you need for productive business sessions. Large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps delegates focused and engaged. We've furnished the room with a substantial wooden conference table that seats 16 comfortably in boardroom style, though we can reconfigure the space to accommodate up to 26 people in theatre layout. The warm wood tones and patterned wall coverings create a professional environment that feels more inviting than typical corporate meeting rooms. Our U-shape setup works particularly well for training sessions with 15 participants, while the banquet configuration handles working dinners for 20. The flat-screen display mounted at the optimal viewing height connects easily to laptops for presentations, and our complimentary Wi-Fi extends throughout the room with no dead spots. We place fresh water stations and notepads at each seat before your arrival, and our 24-hour service team remains available for coffee refills or any equipment adjustments you might need during your session.
