When your team arrives at our venue, they'll find Meeting Room 2 & 3 ready to adapt to exactly how you work best. We've configured this space to handle everything from intimate board discussions with 12 colleagues around a U-shaped table to presentations for up to 35 people in theatre seating. The flexibility means you can switch between boardroom setup for 16, classroom style for 20, or create the perfect environment for your specific session. Two 52-inch LCD screens dominate the walls, and we've linked them together so your presentations flow seamlessly across both displays. We keep things practical with wired internet connections, VGA and HDMI leads already in place, plus a PC loaded with Office 2010 at your fingertips. Your presenters will appreciate having two flipcharts and quality speakers ready to support different presentation approaches. The neutral colour scheme and comfortable seating create a professional atmosphere that keeps everyone focused. We've arranged the furniture to encourage natural interaction between participants, whether you're running workshops, conducting training sessions, or holding strategic planning meetings. While there aren't windows in this particular room, we've designed the lighting to maintain energy and concentration throughout even the longest sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with our location just 20 minutes north of Bristol city centre and direct access from both the M4 and M5. Your attendees can grab morning coffee or a working lunch at our Friska café without leaving the building, and there's always plenty of free parking available.
