We've arranged this space around a circular table that changes the dynamic completely – everyone's equal, everyone's heard, and those tricky conversations flow more naturally than they would across a traditional boardroom setup. You'll find the ergonomic chairs actually support you through those longer sessions (we tested them ourselves during our own planning meetings). The wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly for presentations or when you need to bring remote colleagues into the discussion through our teleconferencing setup. We've positioned it perfectly so nobody has to crane their neck or squint at shared documents. The grey and wood finishes create a calm backdrop that helps people focus without feeling boxed in.
