The room was as described. only feedback was that it could be a little noisy at times - delegates in another meeting seemed to be talking in the corridor adjacent to the room which was a bit of a distraction at times. Otherwise the check in and booking process was very ...

Great location 2 mins from Paddington Station. Staff at Mercure great, nothing too much trouble. Coffee and tea good value hot and plentiful. Room size ideal for four persons. Will definitely use again if required. Thanks!
